A lot of thought went into each of the Guardian’s worlds. Here’s some stuff you might not have known:

• Tooth’s world is all about rapid communication. The idea was that it was sort of like a “library.” Each pillar you see in the palace represents a different continent, and each layer (or “ring”) represents a certain area of that continent, right down to state, city, street, and house number.
• Pitch’s Lair has a little bit from each Guardian in his lair. You know the scene at the beginning where he covered North’s globe in sand? That wasn’t just to scare the Guardians, it was actually because he downloaded all the information from North’s globe—how many children believe and where they’re located—in order to make his own version (aka the bronze globe we spy when Jack drops in)!
• Jack’s movements—the way he effortlessly flies and zips around—was inspired by kids on skateboards. 
• Sandman travels with the sunset. “He navigates a sea of clouds. If you look out right as the sun’s going down, and see that last little bit of light hitting the clouds, that’s right where he’d be.”

It’s an interesting thought, but one thing that throws me off this headcanon is their noses. In my experience, nose shape is one of the strongest ways to determine familial ties, and it’s especially visible in direct relatives of the same sex. If North was Jack’s father, Jack’s nose shape would be incredibly unlikely.

Ofc, I’m not an expert with this kind of thing, so I suppose it’s a possibility. Not a headcanon I’d pick up, though.
